Black Friday falls on 27 November this year and Cyber Monday on 30 November, but the VPN industry stopped waiting for the date a long time ago. By the first week of November every program in our ranking that runs seasonal pricing had its offer live, and several started in October.

NordVPN is running up to 78% off two-year plans with three extra months added, from 21 October through 9 December. The Basic plan starts at roughly €3.49 a month and Complete at €3.99 for 27 months, and the Complete tier now includes the next-generation antivirus that Nord added in early November. NordVPN's own Black Friday page notes that Cyber Monday and Travel Tuesday offers will follow.

Surfshark is advertising up to 88% off. The one-year Starter plan comes with three bonus months at about $2.99 a month, and the two-year Surfshark One bundle lands around $2.49 a month with 24 paid months plus three free. Proton VPN has cut VPN Plus on the two-year plan to $2.49 a month, a 75% discount, with Mail, Drive and Pass 60% off; the promotion runs through 30 November. CyberGhost is listing 83% off, IPVanish and ExpressVPN have their own campaigns, and ExpressVPN briefly hit a new low of $2.27 a month.

Context matters this year: both NordVPN and Surfshark raised list prices earlier in 2026, so the percentage discounts look larger than the actual cash saving against last year's deals. Readers who compare year on year will notice.

What to do as an affiliate. Three things pay off every November. First, update promo codes and landing-page links before the weekend; most programs issue dedicated Black Friday creatives and some, like NordVPN, give partners exclusive deal pages. Second, add the end dates to your copy — a visible deadline lifts click-through on deal content. Third, remember that commission on the two-year plans is a percentage of a larger order, so a 40% rate on a discounted 27-month bundle still usually beats 100% on a monthly plan.
